Born and raised in Kennebunk, Steve Bowley founded Bowley Builders with his wife, Maureen, in 1972, shortly after graduating from the University of Maine. In 2001, their son, Geoff, joined the family business after graduating from Washington and Lee University, where he studied liberal arts and majored in English literature. Having grown up in Kennebunk watching his parents run the business and work on their own home renovations, Geoff brings a lifetime appreciation and understanding of well-crafted spaces to his leadership of Bowley Builders.
